Approved refunds are normally credited to the customer's Bepremify wallet. Wallet credit can be used for future purchases on Bepremify.

Original-payment refunds may be handled only when Bepremify chooses to do so or when required by applicable law, PayPal rules, or payment network decisions.

For eligible warranty items, the refund amount is calculated per product item using: coefficient x price paid x remaining days / total days.

Remaining days are rounded down. The coefficient is 0.7 if the product item has no prior replacement/refund history, 0.6 after one replacement, and 0.5 after two replacements.

Plans marked no warranty are not eligible for warranty refund claims, although an initial access failure can still be submitted as a fix or reissue request.

The lifetime reseller upgrade is non-refundable.

Refund eligibility is reviewed by admin based on order status, delivery status, warranty status, proof status, access history, and support timeline.

Abuse, credential sharing, false proof, or missed proof deadlines can void refund eligibility.
